How do I become a member?
Since it is now open, visit our Mentorship page to learn about the program and choose your membership.
We offer monthly and annual memberships with the same benefits. Select your preferred plan, complete the secure registration and checkout process, and create your account.
After registering, you’ll be able to access your Membership Account, set up additional account security, and visit the Mentorship Portal to submit your first question.
How do I submit my first mentorship question?
Once your membership is active, log in to your Cyberspace Innovations account and select Mentorship Tickets from the member navigation menu.
From there, select Create Mentorship Support Ticket and enter your question. Provide as much relevant background as possible, including your goals, challenges, and anything you’ve already tried. This helps us understand your situation and provide more useful guidance.
After submitting your question, you can return to Mentorship Tickets anytime to review its status, read responses, and continue the conversation.
Response times: We normally respond within 2 to 5 business days. We work on one active mentoring question at a time per member, with additional questions queued for later.
How do I secure my membership account?
Cyberspace Innovations takes account security seriously. We provide several ways to help protect your membership and personal information.
After signing in, open the My Account menu at the top right of the website and select Account Security. From there, you can access your passkey and two-factor authentication settings.
You can:
Manage Passkeys: Set up a passkey to sign in securely using supported devices and authentication methods.
Manage Two-Factor Authentication: Add an extra layer of security to your account.
Save Recovery Codes: Keep your emergency recovery codes somewhere secure in case you lose access to your normal authentication method.
Change Your Password: Select Change Password from the My Account menu to update your password whenever necessary.
We recommend taking a few minutes to configure your security preferences when you first join.
Your membership includes access to these security features at no additional cost.
What’s the difference between mentorship and an internship?
Mentorship and internships are two very different things. An internship generally provides an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience by performing work within an organization. Mentorship focuses on learning from someone else’s experience, receiving guidance, and making better decisions about your own professional development.
At Cyberspace Innovations, we provide personalized career and professional mentorship backed by decades of real industry experience. We help members navigate career decisions, develop their skills, understand the technology industry, and prepare for future opportunities.
Our mentorship program is not an internship, employment program, recruiting service, or job placement service. We do not offer employment or internships through membership.

Unlimited Mentorship Questions: Submit questions anytime through our private mentoring portal. We work on one active question at a time, with additional questions queued.

Monthly and annual memberships include the same benefits. The only difference is the billing schedule.
We’re also developing additional educational resources and exploring future community features and mobile apps to make the mentorship experience even better.
How long does it take to receive a response?
Our normal response time is 2 to 5 business days for each mentorship question. This allows us to review your situation carefully and provide thoughtful, practical guidance rather than rushed answers.
Questions are generally handled in the order received. We work on one active mentoring question at a time per member, with additional questions placed in a queue until the current question is completed.
More complex questions or periods of higher demand may occasionally require additional time.
You can check the status of your questions and review responses anytime through your Mentorship Portal.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Absolutely! You can cancel automatic renewal of your monthly or annual mentorship membership with Cyberspace Innovations Inc. at any time. There are no additional cancellation fees.
To cancel, log in to your Membership Account and locate your subscription under My Memberships. Select Cancel and follow the instructions to confirm your cancellation.
Canceling prevents future subscription renewals. Your membership access continues through the end of your current paid billing period.
Previously paid membership fees are subject to our Refund Policy. If you decide to return later, you’re always welcome to rejoin at the membership pricing available at that time.
Important: Early adopter pricing is guaranteed only while your original subscription remains active. Canceling your membership means you may not be able to reclaim your original introductory rate.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual membership?
Both membership options include exactly the same mentorship benefits, resources, and access to our private support portal. The only difference is how often you pay.
Monthly Membership: $9.99 per month
Our special Founder Plan offers personalized mentorship for just $9.99 per month. Founding members keep their introductory rate for as long as their original subscription remains active.
Annual Membership: $99.90 per year
Get 12 months of mentorship for the price of 10. That’s two months free and a savings of $19.98 compared with paying our introductory monthly rate for an entire year.
Both memberships renew automatically unless canceled. Early adopters keep their original subscription rate for as long as their membership remains active.

Can I speak with my mentor by phone or video call?
Our current mentorship memberships focus on personalized written guidance through our private Mentorship Portal. This allows you to ask questions on your schedule, receive thoughtful responses, and maintain a history of your mentoring conversations.
Phone and video consultations are not included in the current membership plans.
We’re exploring additional features for the future, including member communities, group discussions, and optional live mentoring sessions. These features are not currently available, and we’ll announce details as our program grows.
