Welcome to Cyberspace Innovations! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, memberships, educational resources, and services. By accessing our website or purchasing or enrolling in our offerings, you agree to these terms and any additional conditions presented during checkout or enrollment.
Our website and services are intended for lawful, authorized use. Visitors and members may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, distribute malicious software, misuse communication systems, scrape restricted content without authorization, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. We reserve the right to take reasonable measures to protect our systems, customers, and business.
Each membership is intended for one individual. Accounts, login credentials, and membership benefits may not be shared with family members, friends, coworkers, or other individuals. Members may not submit personalized mentorship questions on behalf of someone else. Anyone seeking individual mentorship must maintain their own membership. Members are responsible for protecting their account credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Cyberspace Innovations, Inc. offers career and professional mentorship, educational resources, digital products, software, consulting, and other technology-related products and services. Specific features, pricing, and availability are described on the appropriate service or product pages. We may improve, modify, expand, or discontinue offerings as our business evolves, subject to applicable commitments made to existing customers.
Mentorship memberships are available with monthly or annual billing options and automatically renew unless canceled before the next renewal. Members who join under our introductory Founder Plans retain their original rate for as long as their original subscription remains active, consistent with the terms presented during enrollment. Canceling ends that original pricing commitment, and returning members may be subject to current rates.
Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time without an additional cancellation fee. Membership access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Previously paid fees are subject to our Refund Policy.
Our mentorship program provides personalized career guidance, professional development advice, technology industry insights, leadership perspectives, and general business and entrepreneurial guidance based on professional experience. The purpose is to help members explore opportunities, understand challenges, consider different perspectives, and make informed decisions.
Mentorship is educational guidance, not a substitute for professional consulting or technical services. Unless separately agreed upon, memberships do not include technical troubleshooting, software development, debugging, code reviews, security audits, penetration testing, infrastructure implementation, managed IT services, ongoing consulting projects, resume writing, recruiting, job placement, internships, guaranteed referrals, professional endorsements, or live meetings and calls.
These subjects may be discussed for educational or career development purposes, but membership does not include performing the work on a member’s behalf. Specialized consulting and other services, when available, require separate arrangements.
Mentorship takes place through a private, asynchronous ticket system. Active members may submit ongoing mentorship questions without a fixed numerical limit. To maintain a fair and manageable experience, we work on one active question per member at a time. Additional questions may be queued until the current discussion is completed.
Our normal response timeframe is approximately 2 to 5 business days, depending on complexity, workload, and operational circumstances. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Holidays, unexpected events, or increased demand may occasionally extend response times. Mentorship does not provide emergency assistance, immediate technical support, or continuous access to a mentor. We may request clarification or ask members to narrow or consolidate questions when appropriate.
Although mentorship includes unlimited questions, it does not provide unlimited consulting hours or unrestricted demands on a mentor’s time. Members are expected to use the service reasonably, respectfully, and in good faith. Account sharing, submitting questions for other individuals, deliberately creating duplicate tickets to bypass the queue, flooding the system with automated requests, demanding services outside the program’s scope, harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, and deliberate disruption are prohibited.
We welcome honest discussions, differing opinions, constructive criticism, and respectful disagreements. Members are not required to agree with their mentor’s advice. However, abusive behavior or repeated misuse of the service may result in moderation, restrictions, suspension, or termination when reasonably necessary. Applicable refund rights and legal obligations remain in effect.
Members should avoid sharing passwords, authentication credentials, financial account details, confidential employer information, private customer records, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for mentorship. Members are responsible for ensuring they have permission to share any professional documents or information belonging to another person or organization.
Personal information collected through our website and services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Prices, accepted payment methods, and billing terms are displayed during checkout. Customers must provide accurate billing information and use authorized payment methods. Payments may be processed by third-party providers, and subscriptions are charged according to the selected billing schedule.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Previously paid membership fees are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in that policy or required by law. Customers who believe a payment was incorrect or duplicated should contact us for assistance.
Articles, Knowledge Base content, courses, guides, templates, graphics, software, branding, and other educational resources published or provided by Cyberspace Innovations, Inc. are owned by the company or used under appropriate licenses, to the extent protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Visitors and members are welcome to read, study, and apply the knowledge presented in these materials for their own personal education and professional development. Access to our website, purchase of a membership, or payment for educational resources does not transfer ownership of our content or grant permission to republish, distribute, or commercially exploit it.
Except where expressly authorized or permitted by applicable law, users may not copy substantial portions of our materials for publication elsewhere, reproduce entire articles or courses, sell or redistribute our content, share restricted resources with nonmembers, or present our original materials as their own work. These restrictions apply to both publicly available and member-only resources.
Brief excerpts may be quoted with appropriate attribution and a link to the original source, subject to applicable law. Anyone wishing to reproduce substantial portions of our materials, incorporate them into commercial training products, or republish an article in full should obtain written permission from Cyberspace Innovations, Inc. beforehand.
We reserve the right to investigate unauthorized redistribution and take appropriate action, including requesting removal of infringing material, restricting access when permitted by our terms, and pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
Our educational resources and mentorship reflect professional knowledge, experience, and judgment. Individual circumstances differ, and guidance may not be appropriate for every situation. Members remain responsible for evaluating recommendations, making decisions, and taking action in their own professional and personal circumstances.
We do not guarantee employment, internships, promotions, salary increases, certifications, career advancement, business success, referrals, or any particular outcome. Mentorship does not create an employment, recruiting, apprenticeship, or professional consulting relationship unless a separate written agreement specifically establishes one.
Our website and business may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, communications, security, analytics, and other functions. These providers maintain their own terms and privacy practices. Cyberspace Innovations, Inc. is not responsible for their independent services or actions beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, security threats, fraud, harassment, or deliberate misuse. When appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious violations or immediate security concerns may require action without advance notice. Refund rights and applicable legal obligations remain governed by our Refund Policy and the law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cyberspace Innovations, Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, products, services, educational materials, or external links. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these terms as our business, website, and services evolve. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably appropriate, and any legally required notices will be provided. The revision date identifies the latest published version. Continued use following an applicable change may constitute acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
Questions about these terms, membership rules, account access, or our services may be submitted through our Contact Us page.
